Agreement for Filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

This agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered in by signer of this agreement and Royal Financial Credit Solution

Whereas, the Debtor desires to file a voluntary petition for bankruptcy relief under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code, and

Whereas, Royal Financial Credit Solution is willing to complete the paperwork which in connection with such filing.

Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

  1. Filling: Royal Financial Credit Solutions agrees to complete paperwork in connection with the filing of a voluntary petition for bankruptcy relief under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Royal Financial Credit Solutions will prepare and file all necessary documents.

  2. Fees: The Debtor agrees to pay the Royal Financial Credit Solution a fee of $700.00 for the legal services provided. This fee is in addition to any court filing fees or other expenses associated with the bankruptcy filing. The Debtor agrees to pay the Attorney's fee in full prior to the filing of the bankruptcy petition.

  3. Information and Documents: The Debtor agrees to provide the Attorney with all necessary information and documents related to the bankruptcy filing. The Attorney will rely on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the Debtor.

  4. Disclosure: The Debtor agrees to fully and accurately disclose all assets, liabilities, income, expenses, and other relevant financial information to the Attorney, and to the bankruptcy court. The Debtor acknowledges that any failure to make a full and accurate disclosure may result in the denial of a bankruptcy discharge.

  5. No Guarantees: Royal Financial Credit Solutions makes no guarantees or warranties as to the outcome of the bankruptcy filing, including whether the Debtor will receive a bankruptcy discharge.

  6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party.

  7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the bankruptcy petition is filed.

  8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.
